AIP - Aeronautical Information Publication
The AIP (Aeronautical Information Publication) of Belgium and G.D. of Luxembourg is available in both paper and electronic (CD-ROM) format.
Per year 13 amendments (AMDT) to this document are published according to the ICAO 28 days AIRAC cycle, a calendar with worldwide common dates on which aeronautical information shall become effective.
Furthermore, Belgocontrol publishes supplements (SUP) to the AIP and aeronautical information circulars (AIC).
The Belgocontrol's AIS team belongs to the pioneers in Europe who developed the electronic AIP (eAIP) with the XML technology according to the Eurocontrol technical specifications, enabling a new challenge in aeronautical information management.
