Our safety policy is closely linked with the pursuit of optimal quality for all our activities. Indeed, only the provision of a top quality service can assure maximum safety.
The rigorous policy that Belgocontrol has been applying since many years in the field of quality has been translated into an ambitious working programme involving the whole company. This resulted in January 2004 in the obtention of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for the whole of the company’s activities. The main objectives are the customers’ satisfaction and the continuous quality improvement.
In June 2007, Belgocontrol sat the exam of the ISO 9001:2000 recertification that consisted of a series of audits with very strict, demanding criteria. Besides the working procedures, the auditors also applied themselves to the evaluation of more tangible elements, such as everyone’s proactive participation, our sense of responsibility, our contacts with third parties (notably with suppliers) and our capacity to pursue a common goal, without discriminating between our departments and services.
