Technical Watch Center
Safety critical systems are monitored 24 hours a day by our technical watch operators. The Central Monitoring System (CMS) encompasses several services including monitoring, trouble ticketing and reporting.
In case of system outages, engineering personnel is available 24 hours a day or is on standby duty to repair equipment and systems.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the CNS/ATM infrastructure is also managed and executed by our engineering staff.
