The function
You are in charge of the preparation, organisation, drawing up and publication of the operational staff schedules (Directorate general Operations / Air Traffic Control). To this end, you gather all necessary information and data. You are also the focal point to whom the users of the schedule planning programme can address their questions and remarks. You manage the parameters of this programme and make sure that the data are introduced properly and on time.
You systematically follow up the really performed working hours and carry out a qualitative control every month, about which you report to the persons in charge involved.
In case of temporary change, you prepare all related memorandums and documents in due time, considering the procedures in force.
You formulate proposals of improvement and/or optimization as regards the management of working times, working hours, leaves and compensatory leave, and also concerning the schedule planning programme.
You report to the Director general Operations.
Your profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in economics or in applied data processing
- At least five years experience in a similar function(planning, organisation, logistics) in a production environment or shift work
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, e-mail), a knowledge of a planning software is an asset
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills with a proper sense of responsibility
- Assertive, result-oriented and diplomatic
