Together with the Talent Manager, you will be responsible for and participate in implementing HR processes, systems, initiatives and solutions in the field of staff recruitment, integration of new arrivals, training and development, career and competency management so as to have the right person at the right place, in line with the company strategy.
- You will monitor our human resource needs by recruiting and selecting staff, from drawing up recruitment ads to contract signatures as well as all the intermediary steps in the selection process, such as interviews and briefings with management and the operational and administrative follow-up;
- You will organize and be responsible for welcoming our new staff on their first working day;
- You will follow up on integration of new staff in our company by conducting at least one interview during his/her first year on the job;
- You develop and sustain initiatives regarding career management, the writing of function descriptions as well as the participation in the validation and revision of them, the analysis and evaluation of technical and behavioral competences linked to the needs of those functions, the organization and participation in orientation and exit interviews;
- You will participate in various analyses and developments in relation to HR procedures, processes and programs so as to contribute to improved HR services.
- You have at least a bachelor's degree;
- Proven experience in the field of Human Resources is required, particularly in the area of recruitment and selection;
- You have a strong affinity with human development;
- You are perfectly fluent in Dutch and French and have an excellent command of English;
- It is considered a valuable asset should you be familiar with selection tools and techniques such as CBI (competency based interview), psycho-technical and personality tests;
- You are good listener and you have strong organizational skills;
- You have a pragmatic and diplomatic approach;
- You adapt easily to a constant developing environment ;
- You have a positive impact on the team, the organisation and the work culture.
